From Wyrd & Wonder:
“But let’s not forget that we do indeed have a theme this year! Wood symbolises a fifth anniversary, so this year we’re riffing on forest fantasy. If you’ve got favourites in this subgenre, we want to read about them! And as always, there’s room for interpretation here – it could be a full forest setting, or it could feature woodland creatures, magic trees, or myths and legends involving any and all of the above. Let your imagination loose!”

Ravenous looks super cute! And, of course, Enchanted Forest Chronicles — hope I am not too old to read these yet, but Middle Grade fiction can be so feel-good!

I’ve been slowly rereading them, and still find them very sweet.

The Enchanted Forest Chronicles is a perfect fit! I haven’t read those books in a very long time. It might be time for a re-read.

I read them as a kid, but I’ve been enjoying dipping back in recently.

Oh Eva Evergreen! I read the first book earlier this year and loved it!
