Top Ten One-Word Reviews

Today’s topic is One-Word Reviews for the Last Ten Books I Read (submitted by Susan @ Bloggin’ ’bout Books). I really, really struggled to come up with single word descriptions, but gave it my best. If you want to see more one word reviews, I really recommend checking out The Corner of Laura, who manages to do them on a regular basis.

Café Con Lychee by Emery Lee — Tasty

The Coward by Stephen Aryan — Layered

The Iron Will of Genie Lo by F.C. Yee — Epic

Hither, Page by Cat Sebastian — Heart-warming

The Bone Spindle by Leslie Vedder — Adventurous

Nettle and Bone by T. Kingfisher — Luscious

Mystery at the Masquerade by Josh Lanyon — Campy

The Love Hypothesis by Ali Hazelwood — Simmering

A Master of Djinn by P. Djèlí Clark — Rich

Ariadne by Jennifer Saint — Inevitable

  1. I struggled to find satisfying words for my reads but I love the ones you’ve chosen—you did great! 😃 I’m even more curious about some of these now. I think I definitely need to bump up Master of Djinn and Ariadne on my TBR!
