I love The Sunshine Blogger Award, I have such fun seeing which questions and answers each round comes up with. I was tagged by E @ Local Bee Hunter’s Nook. Her answers are really brilliant and you can go check out her Sunshine Blogger Award answers here.
The question she’s come up with are great too, so I’m definitely going to steal some of them to pass on at the end. If I’ve not tagged you, please still feel more than welcome to consider yourself included and join in.
Or, just feel free to share your own answers in the comments!
If you were writing the book of your life what title would you give it?
I have no idea. Probably something dull and formulaic? I’d hate to write a biography to be honest, the thought actually makes me itch.
What is your favourite type of character?
Driven women with goals and talents, especially if their just a little bit scheming and ruthless. On the other hand, I’m also a sucker for good-hearted softies, even more so when the two clash or work together. Basically Slytherin/Hufflepuff dynamics are my jam.
What type of blog post do you enjoy writing the most?
I like rec lists, especially ones on a theme. I love looking back and remembering amazing books that I’d forgot about. It’s the best feeling when someone says they picked up a book because you recommended it.
Due to the technological advancement you can enter any book world/plot you want in a dream like state for a day. You have ONE ride. Where are you going and are you yourself or live through the character?
Maybe a background Harry Potter character, outside of the war years? All the magic, none of the danger, death and destruction. I’d spend part of the day in classes, then skive off to Diagon Alley and spend the evening in Hogsmeade.
What’s your feel-better book? (If you have one)
One of the Discworld books, although it could be any one of about a dozen of them. I’ve read the early Guards books and the Witches books more times than I can count.

A post you’re most proud of!
If you had to pick the best 3 books from your 3 favorite genres, which ones you’d choose?
Fantasy: The Winter of the Witch, The Goblin Emperor, A Sorcery of Thorns
Historical: The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo, The Animals at Lockwood Manor, Blood Water Paint
Historical Fantasy (I’m a huge cheat): The Witch of Willow Hall, My Lady Jane, Sorcerer to the Crown
What’s the best setup for reading in your opinion? (Place, sounds, food/drink, time of day, etc.)

Coffee shop, morning or afternoon. Not too busy but enough background chatter. I get distracted by loud conversations and by silence.
Do you write? (Or do you have any other artistic hobby?)
I do, a little. It’s all still very much a work in progress.
Your favourite f/f book (if you haven’t read any find one you would like to instead!)
Favourite standalone: Queen of Coin and Whispers by Helen Corcoran.
Favourite series: The Tales of Inthya by Effie Calvin.
These obviously fit in the question about genre faves too, but I wanted to squeeze as many choices as possible in.
Write an alternate blurb (or a tagline, or AO3 tags!) for one of the books you love!

Loved your answers! I´m glad you enjoyed my questions 🙂
A day in Harry Potter Universe would definitely be cool as long as no Voldemort would interrupt! And Pratchett is amazing feel-better! So far I only read Tiffany Aching series but I’m in love. ALL of your fav f/f books are on my TBR!! And I’m adding Blood Water Paint to it!! ❤
