I’ve done this prompt a couple of times and, to be honest, I think quite a few of them have remained the same…

I’m not great at keeping track of quotes I really like while I’m reading. I’ve been trying recently to get a bit better when I’m using my Kindle and use the Notes feature, but even then I’ve got nothing for physical or audiobooks. I get too caught up in the story, and I’m not big on marking-up.

Do you keep track of favourite quotes? How do you do it?

  1. That Hunger Games quote is wonderful.

    I write down quotes as I find them in books or other places, but I have a high standard for what I choose to keep. So my list of must-remember quotes isn’t that big. 🙂

  3. Great quotes! I will often snap a picture of a page in a book so that I remember the quote. I also use the Goodreads “update reading status” or quotes features as a way to keep track of favorite quotes.

  4. Great quotes! I really like the Pratchett one and the Alice quote. And A Midsummer Night’s Dream — so many great quotes from that one.
