Today I’d like to share some of my favourite book community blog posts from October and some of the book reviews I’ve enjoyed reading this month. I hope you find something here that interests you too.
Stephanie at Stephanie Book Reviews has complied all those annoying, straggler reviews which aren’t quite worth their own posts. Great idea!
Reviewing the Unreviewed: October 2018
Read It & Weep have a ARC Review of Evermore by Sara Holland which is really exciting. I really enjoyed the first book, so I’m super excited to hear more about this one.
If you’re interested in picking up any of J.R.R. Tolkien’s books, Briana at Pages Unbound has put together a detailed and thoughtfully explained post on the order in which you should tackle his work.
What Order Should You Read J.R.R. Tolkien’s Books In?
I’ve been really considering moving from Audible to Scribd lately, but Vanessa’s post is a really important read if you are too. I’m really glad Scribd users are highlighting the problems with the service.
The “Scary” Truth About Scribd
Strange Things I Think About While Reading by Ruby Jo at Ruby’s Books discusses some of those little nitpicky details which niggle at you with world-building.
And, Leisha at Literary Leisha has put together a few Binge-Worthy YA Books I haven’t read any of them!
Happy reading and blogging in October everyone!
