November 28: Top Ten Books On My Winter TBR
Between things getting hectic at work, writing for NaNoWriMo and just a lack of motivation, I’m in a bit of a reading slump at the moment. I’m still reading but I’m just choosing things as they strike my fancy. As such, I don’t really have a Winter TBR to share, so I’ve decided to change this up a little
Top Ten Books with a Winter theme, or Where the Holidays Play a Memorable Part
Wintersong by S. Jae-Jones
The Prince of the Moon by Megan Derr
Hunting Monsters by S.L. Huang
Hag in Exile by Rivka Aarons-Hughes
Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone by J.K. Rowling
The Dickens with LoveThe Dickens with Love by Josh Lanyon
Hogfather by Terry Pratchett
Hunted by Meagan Spooner
Barefoot on the Wind by Zoë Marriott
Winter by Josh Lanyon
The winter scenes in Harry Potter always make me wish even more than I already did that Australia had Christmas in winter, haha.

Haha! It must be so odd for you to always see Christmas portrayed with snow and cold.

Your TTT is, as ever, an awesome list, many of which I now have to add to my tbr!

I wanted to read Wintersong as soon as it came out, but then the reviews were mixed and I`ve decided to postpone it. I`ll probably wait until the sequel is released and read both. (hoping that I like the first book)

I loved the first half of Wintersong — it was beautiful. Personally, the second half was much less to my taste.

Nice twist on this week’s topic! I definitely agree with Lauren’s comment above about HP and wishing our Christmas in Australia was white.

Looks like a good list. I’m going to have to check some of these books out for myself.
Have a great week.
