Oooh Count Olaf is a good one! And I completely forgot about 101 and the Sixers from Ready Player One. There are so many strong villains out there that it’s hard to choose which ones to highlight! Great list 🙂

Great list, I forgot about IOI and the sixers they were the worst! Also the grand high witch was like my mortal enemy when I was a kid so I love that you included her. My list also had The Darkling 🙂

I liked that they were a kind of subtler evil than what I usually read. The Grand High Witch terrified me as a child too. I think the villains from children’s book are some of the scariest.

YAY for Artemis, The Darkling and Levana!! I honestly didn’t find Artemis too evil-villainy in the first books, but I know he was meant to be the villain. :/ Haven’t read some of the others on your list!

Yeah, I really hate villains that have that smug, ‘know how powerful they are’ thing. She’s fab for that, the perfect evil queen.
