CAMP NANO – END OF THE LINE

Goal: 20,000

Current Progress: 20,164

DONE!!

  • I was still super distracted, and finding it much harder to just sit down and write. My word-count speed just kept getting slower and every sentence was an effort.

  • I decided that since it was another idea that was taking up my thoughts, to just write some the scenes that were in my head for that and reached my target!

  • I don’t have a finished project which is a little disappointing but I’m really pleased I made my word-count goal and it was a really good experience.

  • If I want to do ‘real’ NaNo in November, I know I’ll need to plan in a lot more detail (I thought I’d done so well with planning when I started) and work on my self-motivation, I’m too easily distracted and prone to procrastination.

  • I did learn that I find writing much easier by hand and away from the distractions of home.

How did everyone else do with this months Camp NaNo?
